"Spent years with this office. Something changed over the past year, and all of the old reps I knew no longer seem to be on staff or answering the phones. The new reps are rude and it also seems to take longer to reach a person when calling. There is a consistently rude man who picks up - I ended up transferring due to these changes."

"My interaction with State Farm through Agent Teagan was very professional and cordial. He explained in details their services and products and was able to carry me along at the same time, validating my opinion and frustration with claims from other Auto insurance networks.
